Agreement to Terms

Our services include but are not limited to AI chatbots, workflow automation, customer engagement tools, and business intelligence solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from MagnetDigitalAI, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our messaging program.

Description of SMS Use Cases

When you provide your consent, you may receive the following types of text messages from MagnetDigitalAI:

• Marketing messages about our products, services, and special offers
• Promotional messages including discounts, deals, and limited-time offers
• Informational messages such as appointment reminders, service updates, and account notifications
• Follow-up communications related to your inquiries or demo requests

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services and promotional campaigns. You may receive recurring messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from MagnetDigitalAI at any time using one of the following methods:

• Reply STOP: Text the word "STOP" to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
• Reply HELP: Text the word "HELP" to any message for assistance with our messaging program.
• Email: Send an email to info@magnetdigitalai.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include your mobile phone number in the message body.

After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional or marketing text messages from us. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to process your opt-out request.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received in connection with our SMS program. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Please contact your wireless carrier for pricing details. MagnetDigitalAI is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other mobile network operators, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. MagnetDigitalAI is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the transmission or delivery of any SMS messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program.

Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from MagnetDigitalAI, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to opt in to our SMS program.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MagnetDigitalAI's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of MagnetDigitalAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

MagnetDigitalAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
