Local Gravity
If your business is missing from Google Maps when nearby customers search, those calls are likely going to competitors. Your company might appear near your address but disappear just a few miles away, leaving potential customers to choose businesses they can find instead.
Local Gravity shows you where customers can and cannot find your business across the areas you serve. Then we optimize and actively manage your Google Business Profile to help you appear in more local searches, attract more calls, and win more customers.
Know Where You're Missing. Improve Your Local Presence. Get Found by More Customers.
Why this happens
Google Maps does not show one result to everyone. What a customer sees changes with where they are standing. Search from a block near your shop and you may look great. Search from the other side of town, where a large share of your customers actually live, and your business may not appear at all.
That is why checking your own name is misleading. The only way to know is to measure your visibility at many points across the area you serve, and then work on the profile factors that change it.
The visibility grid
We measure your position from a grid of search points spread across your service area, not from a single address. Strong areas, weak areas, and dead zones show up immediately, and we re-measure with the same grid every month so the comparison is honest.
Example grid. Every dash is a place a customer searched and did not find the business.
What Local Gravity does every month
Most local profiles are set up once and then left to decay. Local Gravity treats your Google Business Profile as an ongoing program so nearby searchers keep seeing you as a real option.
Google controls rankings, so no one can guarantee a position. Results depend on your market, competition, proximity, the condition of your profile and website, your reviews, and ongoing activity.
Our own research
First-party research across ten Michigan markets and 4,410 Google Maps grid points. The most visible companies were not the ones with the best star ratings.

Searchlite
Up to 98% of the people who visit your website leave without calling, submitting a form, or requesting an appointment. Most businesses never know who they were or what they were interested in.
Searchlite identifies a portion of those previously anonymous visitors, turning traffic that would have disappeared into new opportunities your business can follow up with.
Stop Paying for Traffic You Never Get the Chance to Convert.
Jordyn
Missed calls and slow replies cost you customers you already have. Jordyn answers calls, responds to inquiries, qualifies prospects, follows up consistently, and helps schedule appointments when your team is busy, after hours, or unable to respond immediately.
Jordyn works on its own with the calls and inquiries you get today. Pair it with Local Gravity or Searchlite only if you want to.
The complete system
Each solution stands on its own. Use one, add another when it makes sense, or connect all three as the Complete Growth System.

Google Maps results change with the location of the searcher. Distance, relevance, and how active and complete your profile is all affect whether you appear. That is why we measure your visibility at many points across your service area instead of from one address.
Local Gravity is our Google Business Profile management program. We show you where customers can and cannot find you, then manage categories, services, descriptions, hours, posts, photos, review requests, and responses every month, with a rank-grid report so you can see what changed.
