How it works

Find the Leak First. Then Fix It in the Right Order.

Technology is not the point. Knowing where opportunities are being lost, and fixing that specific stage, is what changes the number of appointments on your calendar.

The process

How we put the system in place

  1. 01

Diagnose where opportunities are being lost

We look at how people currently find you, what happens when they land on your website, and how consistently calls, forms, and estimates get followed up. The goal is to name the biggest leak, not to sell all three stages.

  2. 02

Start with the stage that matters most

If discovery is the problem, we start with Google Maps Growth. If traffic is fine but conversion is not, we start with Searchlite. If inquiries are being handled inconsistently, we start with Jordyn.

  3. 03

Connect the data and the workflows

Profiles, website, identification, CRM, calendar, and follow-up rules are wired together so a record does not stall between systems. Consent and contact rules are agreed before anything goes out.

  4. 04

Measure calls, interactions, appointments, and outcomes

Reporting focuses on the things that move the business: calls and inquiries, response times, appointments set, and what happened after. Not impressions in isolation.

What we will not do

Straight talk about what this can and cannot do

We do not guarantee Google rankings, a number of identified visitors, leads, appointments, or revenue.

Searchlite identifies a portion of eligible website visitors, not all of them, and an identified visitor is not the same thing as a qualified lead.

Jordyn helps respond to and follow up on calls and inquiries under the consent and contact rules that apply to your business. Identification alone does not create permission to call someone.

Find out where your next customers are slipping through.

We'll look at how people find you, what happens when they visit, and how consistently every opportunity is followed up.
